Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 July 2026

1. Who we are

AMClub is an online marketplace that connects micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with independent, verified service providers. AMClub facilitates discovery, ordering and payment; the professional service itself is delivered by the provider in their own name and on their own responsibility.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate business information, keep your login (OTP, email, Google) secure, and be at least 18 years old. One account per business. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Orders and payment protection

When you buy a service, your payment is collected upfront and held by the platform. It is released to the provider only after you accept the delivery, or automatically 72 hours after delivery if you take no action. Until then, your money does not move to the provider.

4. Requests for quotes (RFQs)

When you post a requirement, it is shared with matching verified providers in your state, capped at 7 quotes. Phone numbers and email addresses are hidden in pre-payment messages on both sides.

5. Fees

Buyers pay the displayed total, which includes GST. AMClub earns a commission from the provider’s side of the transaction; the commission rate is fixed at the time an order is placed.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy. In short: full refund before work starts, 50% while work is in progress, and dispute resolution after delivery. Orders not accepted by the provider within 24 hours cancel automatically with a full refund.

7. Provider obligations

Providers must hold the credentials they claim (verified during onboarding), deliver services lawfully and professionally, and must not solicit off-platform payment before an order is placed.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use AMClub for unlawful purposes, misrepresent your identity or business, attempt to bypass contact masking or payment protection, or abuse other users or staff.

9. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, AMClub’s aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid through the platform for the order concerned. Professional advice and work products remain the responsibility of the provider.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
