1. What we collect
Account details (name, phone, email), business details (business name, sector, state, GSTIN/Udyam where you provide them), your orders, requirements and quotes, and basic device/usage data.
2. Why we collect it
To operate your account, match your requirements with providers, process payments and invoices, send transactional notifications, provide support, and keep the marketplace safe. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
3. Consent and withdrawal
We process your data with your consent, collected when you sign up. You may withdraw consent and request account deletion at any time via support; records we must keep under tax and company law are retained for the statutory period.
4. Voice recordings
If you use voice input, your recording is sent to a speech-recognition service to fill the form and is not stored after processing. Only the text transcript is kept with your requirement.
5. Who we share with
Payment processing (Razorpay), messaging (SMS/WhatsApp/email vendors), identity verification (KYC services), and speech-to-text — each only what is needed for that function. Providers see the requirement details needed to quote and deliver. We never sell your data.
6. Where your data lives
Your data is stored in India (Mumbai region) with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Bank account numbers are additionally encrypted at the column level.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days, except records with statutory retention requirements.
8. Grievances
Write to grievance@amclub.in. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
