Directly. Once the provider accepts your order, the order page shows their verified UPI ID and bank account. Agree with them how you'll pay, like an advance, in parts or on delivery. Then mark "I've paid" on the order. AMClub never asks for or holds your money.
You can cancel before the provider accepts. AMClub doesn't hold your payment, so we can't refund it. Paid the provider and something went wrong? Report a problem. Our team will hear both sides and can ask the provider to refund you.
We check every provider before their listings go live. We check their registration details and the credential their category needs.
Buyers pay the provider directly. Providers pay AMClub a commission on completed orders. We bill it after completion. The rate depends on the category. You see it before you list a package or send a quote.
On larger requests, AMClub may order quotes by price, adjusted for each provider's track record on AMClub. That record covers how fast they respond to requests (including declining ones they can't take), on-time delivery, buyers confirming completion, and dispute results. We don't use reviews, location or a provider's price level. No provider can pay to move up. Buyers never see a provider's score. You can always sort by price or delivery time instead.
Some services, like registrations and licences, wait on a government portal. While an order is marked "Waiting on government portal", we show that time separately. It doesn't count against your provider's delivery time. The portal's decision isn't in their control or ours.
