Your payment is held securely and released to the provider only after you accept the delivered work.
If you cancel before a provider accepts, you're refunded in full. Other cases follow the refund policy shown at checkout.
Every provider is KYC- and credential-verified before their listings go live — look for the blue tick.
Grievance officer
For unresolved complaints, write to our grievance officer. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.
